Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Agreement & Scope of Business

These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, purchase orders, artwork fabrication, goods supply, and installation contracts entered into with Cre8tive Dzines Ltd (Company Registration in England & Wales), located at Unit 1A, Castle Works, Hobart Street, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 2AH ("Cre8tive Dzines", "we", "us", or "the Company").

By commissioning a project, accepting an estimate or quotation, approving a digital proof, or submitting a payment/deposit, the client ("you", "the Customer") confirms unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Validity

• All written quotations issued by Cre8tive Dzines remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Quotations are based on the initial specifications, building dimensions, and artwork provided by the client. If subsequent site surveys or artwork checks reveal unforeseen structural obstacles, height access requirements (e.g. scaffolding, cherry pickers), or modified specifications, revised quotation figures will be submitted for customer approval prior to fabrication.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT where applicable.

3. Design Mockups, Proofing & Client Sign-Off

• Once digital proof approval is received (via email, WhatsApp, or signature), manufacturing begins immediately. The Company accepts no liability for errors or typos that were present in the signed-off proof.
• Color rendering on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile screens varies significantly. While we employ calibrated commercial Roland print engines, exact RGB-to-CMYK pantone matches require specified RAL or Pantone references provided prior to proofing.
• Intellectual Property: The customer warrants that all logos, trademarks, and imagery provided for production are owned by the customer or used with appropriate legal licensing. The customer indemnifies Cre8tive Dzines against any copyright infringement claims arising from client-supplied materials.

4. Payment Terms & Ownership (Title of Goods)

• Standard Commercial Orders: A deposit (typically 50%) is required upon order confirmation before material ordering and production commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or prior to dispatch/installation.
• Retention of Title: All manufactured signs, LED displays, printed goods, and vehicle graphics remain the legal property of Cre8tive Dzines Ltd until full cleared payment has been received in our business bank account.
• We reserve the statutory right to charge interest on overdue commercial invoices under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Production Lead Times & Delivery

• Standard turnaround times are typically 5 to 7 working days from final proof approval for standard shop signs and vinyl graphics; specialized 3D built-up lettering or bespoke illuminated projects may require 10 to 14 working days depending on complexity.
• While Cre8tive Dzines endeavors to meet all agreed completion dates, lead times are given in good faith and are subject to third-party material deliveries, weather conditions affecting external vinyl/sign installs, and site accessibility.
• Goods dispatched via UK couriers or pallet freight are inspected and securely packaged. The recipient must inspect packages upon arrival and note any transit damage on the carrier delivery manifest within 24 hours.

6. Installation & Vehicle Livery Specifics

A. Signage Installation Site Access:

The Customer is responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the installation area, including necessary permissions from landlords, local planning councils, or highway authorities where applicable. If our fitting crew cannot complete installation due to locked premises, missing electrical mains, or uncleared obstructions, a reasonable abortive fitting fee may be incurred.

B. Vehicle Graphics & Wrapping:

Vehicles booked for graphics or partial/full wrapping must be delivered to our Burslem studio thoroughly washed and clean of wax, road tar, and silicone polish. Any required paint pre-cleaning by our team may incur an additional preparation charge. We cannot guarantee vinyl adhesion over freshly painted panels (less than 21 days cured) or damaged, peeling lacquer.

7. Warranties & Material Durability

We pride ourselves on using industry-grade materials:

• Exterior Aluminium Composite (Dibond): Guaranteed against delamination and severe weather warping under normal commercial conditions.
• Cast & Polymeric Vinyls: Exterior manufacturer rated durability (3 to 7 years depending on media grade and UV exposure).
• LED Modules & Transformers: Covered by a 12-month manufacturer replacement warranty against electronic component failure.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by vandalism, structural building movement, extreme gale-force storms exceeding building regulations, unauthorized third-party electrical modifications, or improper pressure-washing.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Except for liability which cannot be legally excluded under UK law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence), Cre8tive Dzines Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial loss, loss of trade, or loss of profits arising out of the performance or delay of any contract.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising under them are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
